Total Overdose is a third-person action-adventure game set in an open world. Players control Ramiro, Tommy, and Ernesto. Ramiro is the most playable character, while Tommy and Ernesto are only playable in two missions. The game is based on Robert Rodriguez’s Mexican Trilogy. Players can run, dive, and use a variety of weapons throughout the game, including shotguns, rifles, pistols, and rocket launchers.
The Total Overdose Mod offers both cheap and unique vehicles. Special vehicles include the “Conquistador”, an orange motorcycle, a purple and flame-colored truck, a tow truck, a DEA car, and military SUVs. Players can shoot and dodge, and dive in any direction with a slow-motion effect. This move allows players to hit enemies more accurately in combat. Loco Moves are special attacks that players can earn by getting high scores and killing in groups. These moves can be used to eliminate large groups of enemies.
